To book an event at the St. Leonard Youth Retreat Center, decide your preferred dates and contact us. The director of SLYRC will get back to you promptly to discuss your planned retreat.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Please know that: 

• priority is given to youth retreats (it is our ministry to serve young people)

• weekends are reserved for three day, two night reservations (Friday through Sunday, with the option of booking additional nights if needed)

• Some weekends may be available for single day retreats or one overnight (holiday weekends, slower times of year, etc.)

• In general, at least 24 hours is needed in between reservations to clean and re-set the building

After you inquire about the date and learn from us that the Youth Retreat Center is available, we reserve it for you and forward the contract. The reservation will become official upon remittal of $300 deposit. (For details, see link on Donations/Rental Fees). We will hold the reservation for 14 days as we await the return of the contract. Contracts reflect the total time you will be on the premises, including any set up or clean up time. You are not guaranteed access to the building outside of the times listed on the contract. Changes to the contract may be made up to 30 days before your arrival at the St. Leonard Youth Retreat Center.  A filing fee of $100 will be imposed for cancellations or changes that are made less than thirty days before the retreat.  
The priests of the Fathers of St. Joseph will gladly help with confessions if permitted by the ministry they have at the parishes they serve. Please communicate via email at [email protected].
